E-SIGN Act Disclosure & Digital Delivery Consent

Federal law requires your consent before SecureTrust Bank N.A. can deliver electronic records and disclosures to you instead of paper copies. Please read this disclosure carefully and retain a copy for your records.

1. Consent to Electronic Records & Communications

By submitting your application and establishing an account with SecureTrust Bank N.A., you consent to receive all notices, disclosures, account statements, regulatory advisories, tax documents, and transactional communications electronically. This consent applies to all products, accounts, and services accessed through our online banking portal (iBank) and mobile applications.

2. Scope of Covered Communications

Electronic communications covered under this consent include, but are not limited to:

  • Deposit Account Agreements, Fee Schedules, and Rate Disclosures (Regulation DD).
  • Periodic account statements, transaction receipts, and transfer confirmations.
  • Notices regarding changes in terms, conditions, interest rates, or maintenance fees.
  • Electronic fund transfer disclosures and error resolution notices (Regulation E).
  • Annual and revised Consumer Privacy Notices under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).
  • Customer service inquiries, automated security alerts, and fraud prevention notices.

3. Hardware & Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic communications, you must maintain:

  • A personal computer or mobile device with reliable internet connectivity.
  • A modern, supported web browser (such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge) with 256-bit encryption (TLS 1.3 enabled).
  • Software capable of viewing Portable Document Format (PDF) files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or modern integrated browser viewers.
  • An active, valid email address capable of receiving inbound communications from SecureTrust Bank N.A..
  • Sufficient local device storage capacity or a printer to download and retain copies of disclosures.

4. Requesting Paper Copies & Associated Fees

You have the right to request a paper copy of any electronic disclosure or periodic account statement at any time by contacting customer care at support@securetrustbank.com or calling +1 (800) 555-7328. Please note that requesting paper copies may be subject to a nominal archival or statement reproduction fee as outlined in our Bank Fee Schedule.

5. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery at any time by delivering written notice to SecureTrust Bank N.A.. Because SecureTrust Bank N.A. operates as a digital-first financial institution, withdrawing your consent to electronic communications may result in the restriction or termination of your digital banking access and account closure.

6. Updating Your Contact Details

You are legally responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact information with SecureTrust Bank N.A.. You must update your primary email address, mobile phone number, and residential address through the iBank Account Settings portal or by contacting customer support immediately upon any changes.

7. Legal Enforceability of Electronic Signatures

By checking consent checkboxes, clicking "Accept", "Submit Application", or executing forms electronically, you acknowledge and agree that your electronic signature is legally binding and has the identical legal validity, enforceability, and effect as a handwritten pen-and-paper signature under 15 U.S.C. § 7001 (The E-Sign Act) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
